Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Specialist to conduct Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within our treatment programs. You will design and implement CBT-specific treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical leader to address presenting symptoms.

The role includes providing CBT and related therapy in group settings, participating in weekly supervision, and ensuring comprehensive documentation in the medical record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• CBT experience of 12 months preferred (clinical care, human services, or educational equivalent).
• Residential programs may require a valid driver’s license and good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups to patients under supervision.
• Participate in weekly supervision with the Clinical leader and communicate on clinical issues.
• Document treatment plans, outcomes, psychosocial information, and other patient data in the medical record; may include SUD rotations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and assist in development of treatment plans.
