Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support CBT-based interventions within treatment programs. You will assess behavior, develop individualized plans, train patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes delivering CBT services, documenting care, and contributing to treatment planning. A Bachelor's degree and CBT-related credential are required, with supervision for advancement and opportunities to train

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential or state equivalent ( Addiction Recovery program ).
• CBT experience preferred (12 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups to patients per clinical standards and under supervision.
• Participate in supervision sessions and communicate progress and care plan adjustments.
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed in consultation with Clinical leader.
• Document mental health services per regulations and payer expectations.
• Ensure timely documentation of treatment plans, outcomes, and related data.
