Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support CBT-based interventions across treatment programs. You will assess behavior function, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust care plans.

The role emphasizes supervision, timely documentation of treatment plans and outcomes, and training of direct care staff and family members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent).
• Relevant CBT experience (12 months preferred).
• Residential programs may require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services (groups) per standards under supervision.
• Participate in supervision and communicate patient progress and care plan adjustments.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness, adjust plans, and document outcomes in the medical record.
