Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a Behavior Specialist to support CBT-based treatment plans. You will work with a clinical leader to design and implement CBT-specific interventions, monitor progress, and adjust plans for optimal patient outcomes.

The role includes documenting care, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and training staff and families to support CBT strategies. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required along with credentialing and applicable CBT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent).
• Relevant CBT experience (12 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups to patients under supervision.
• Participate in supervision with Clinical leader and adjust care plan based on progress.
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed with Clinical leader input.
• Document mental health services according to regulations and payer expectations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and help develop the treatment plan.
• Provide training to other direct care team members and support CBT interventions for patients and families.
