Job summary

Physicians Regional in Naples, FL seeks a System Director of Cath Lab to lead the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory across the two Naples facilities. The role directs operations, staffing, scheduling, and quality initiatives to deliver safe, efficient patient care.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of the Cath Lab and ensures high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Partners with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, nursing leaders and other departments to optimize patient flow and scheduling.
• Oversees clinical performance metrics and uses data-driven strategies to improve outcomes and throughput.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and other bodies; supports audits and surveys.
• Develops and implements staff education programs to maintain competency and professional development.
• Maintains regular leadership updates and liaises with hospital administration and medical staff.
