The HealthCare Initiative seeks a Director of Nursing for the Cath Lab at a major Southwest hospital. The role oversees 40+ staff across Cath Lab, EP, Structural Heart, IR, Vascular Access, and Stress Testing, emphasizing physician partnership and program growth.

MSN is required with 3+ years Cath Lab management, and an active RN license. The position is in a growth-oriented health system with competitive benefits and resources.

Qualifications

• MSN required.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
• 3+ years of Cath Lab management experience.
• Current or eligible RN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 40+ employees including two Clinical Supervisors across Cath Lab, EP, Structural Heart, IR, Vascular Access, Stress Testing.
• Partner with physicians to grow the cardiovascular program and align with hospital strategy.
• Develop and expand EP program and Cath Lab capacity while maintaining quality and safety.
