Job summary

HCA Florida Northwest Hospital is seeking an RN Director of Cardiovascular Services to oversee the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology Department. Ideal candidates have a Florida nursing license, BLS/ACLS certifications, and experience in Cath Lab management within an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license or recognized compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification or within 30 days of start date.
• Current ACLS certification or within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and operate the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology Department.
• Lead department staff and ensure 24/7 quality service and patient care.
• Meet JCAHO standards and comply with corporate policies and procedures.
• Promote teamwork with physicians and health care providers to ensure customer satisfaction.
