Job summary

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital seeks an RN Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab to provide 24/7 administrative and clinical leadership. The role requires coordinating scheduling, staffing and resources with a focus on delivering safe, high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians, nurses and other health care professionals.

The ideal candidate will have Florida RN licensure (or a recognized compact license), BLS and ACLS certifications, and a track record of cardiovascular nursing

Qualifications

• Nurse leadership role required in Cardiac Cath Lab administration.
• RN with Florida licensure or compact licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be current or obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour administrative and clinical leadership for the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Plan, coordinate scheduling, personnel and resources to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and other health care professionals to ensure efficient patient care.
• Oversee revenue support and billing considerations to maintain revenue integrity.
