Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Naples, FL. You will provide clinical expertise, lead staffing and department flow, and mentor the team to ensure high-quality care aligned with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with the Nursing Director to manage budgets, improve patient outcomes, and implement educational programs. A strong background in invasive cardiology and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing or Cardiovascular Technology required; Bachelor's degree within 24 months.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, with 2 years in invasive cardiology.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or as a Registered Cardiovascular Specialist.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• ALS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• National certification in specialty preferred at hire or within two years.
• Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Structural Heart and STEMI programs and related areas.
• Manage budgets for equipment, staffing, and materials.
• Monitor narcotic discrepancies and emergency equipment per policy.
• Drive improvements in patient satisfaction for Structural Heart and STEMI.
• Coach staff and participate in performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director on staffing and evaluations.
• Support learning needs through in-services and education programs.
• Coordinate patient care conferences, discharge planning, and rounds.
