Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing or Cardiovascular Technology with potential for Bachelor's within 24 months
- Florida RN license or Cardiovascular Specialist credential is required
- BLS and ALS certifications per national standards
- Basic computer literacy with Word/Excel/Outlook usage
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate Structural Heart and STEMI programs.
- Assist in budgeting for equipment, staffing, and supplies.
- Oversee staff performance and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Monitor clinical data and registries for Structural Heart and STEMI.
- Lead unit-based performance improvement initiatives.
