Job summary

NC State University Dining is seeking a Catering Driver Supervisor to lead our transportation and beverage/equipment teams. You will ensure safe, on-time delivery of catering supplies, manage the vehicle fleet, and supervise staff across major campus events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the catering transportation and beverage/equipment teams.
• Create, distribute, and monitor employee schedules using departmental software.
• Foster collaboration and maintain professional communication with university staff and customers.
• Develop and monitor daily delivery and transportation schedules.
• Drive delivery trucks to execute catering and dining deliveries safely.
• Load/unload cargo and assist with event setup and breakdown.
