Supervise daily dining hall operations during assigned shifts; lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality; ensure policies, procedures, and NC State Dining standards are consistently followed; schedule employees and plan daily staff assignments; communicate clearly with team members, customers, and supervisors; maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment; support training and development of staff; respond to operational needs and challenges with professionalism and adaptability; maintain physical stamina for lifting up to 60 pounds and working in hot and cold conditions.
