Job summary

Fogo de Chão is seeking a Catering Specialist in Gilbert, AZ to coordinate catering orders, manage pickups and deliveries, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across events.

You will guide guests through menu options, confirm event details, and work with the restaurant team to deliver accurate, timely service while representing the brand’s hospitable Southern Brazilian traditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality Customer Service role.
• Knowledge of Fogo de Chão menu and mission.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Must have valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to drive a vehicle for deliveries and offsite events.
• Must be pleasant in dealing with guests and team members in demanding situations.

Responsibilities

• Guide Guests through catering menu, offerings, and pricing. Lead and assist with the planning of their menu and order.
• Coordinate order details with restaurant team. Lead service and schedule all catering pickups and deliveries.
• Prior to event date, confirm details with Guest to ensure proper execution; timing, packaging, and special requests.
• Execute all catering orders and deliveries with high organization and accuracy.
• Provide a hospitable experience throughout the catering/delivery process.
• Train Assistant Catering Specialist on Fogo service standards.
• Respond to and resolve guests’ concerns and questions directly and promptly.
• Escalate guest and team questions to management as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of all catering menu items, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow up on all catering inquiries/leads to secure future business.
• Stay informed about company marketing and promotional activities.
• Coordinate and attend local events as requested.
• Attend networking events to grow Catering Brand awareness.
• Ensure safety and adherence to Fogo safety rules.
