Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in a Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality Customer Service position
• Pleasant in dealing with guests and team members under demanding situations
• Ability to drive and use personal vehicle for deliveries and offsite events

Aufgaben

• Guide guests through catering menu, offerings, and pricing; assist with menu planning and ordering
• Coordinate order details with restaurant team; lead service and scheduling of pickups and deliveries
• Confirm catering details with guests prior to event; ensure accurate execution
• Execute catering orders and deliveries with high organization and accuracy
• Provide hospitable experience throughout catering/delivery process
• Attend local events and support marketing/promotional activities
