Fogo de Chão in Flower Mound, TX is hiring an Assistant Catering Specialist to facilitate all catering activities, including order preparation, delivery and on-site setup, while sharing the festive, hospitable spirit of Southern Brazilian traditions.

Prerequisites include 2 years of experience in Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality customer service, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, valid driver’s license, and willingness to drive a personal vehicle for deliveries and events.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality Customer Service position.
• Must be pleasant in dealing with guests and fellow team members.
• Must be physically capable of performing basic duties.
• Must be able to endure prolonged walking and standing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Must have the ability to use personal vehicle for deliveries and offsite events.

Responsabilités

• Verify all components of complete catering order prior to delivery.
• Provide a hospitable experience throughout the catering/delivery process, especially at site location.
• Execute all deliveries with high organization and accuracy.
• Drop off and/or set up food according to company standards.
• Communicate delivery times to guests and escalate issues to management.
