**Job Description**

Responsible for supervising, training, and managing the food service operation. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served.

**Job Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and promote a safety culture that ensures a work environment free of injuries. Supervise catering operations, including staff coordination, rental equipment management, setup, preparation, service, and breakdown of catered foods, beverages, and events of various sizes and complexities.
  2. Book events, select and cost menu items, and determine pricing as needed.
  3. Coordinate activities with other internal departments. Participate in management team meetings. Interface with vendors and key service users within the client organization.
  4. Represent Aramark and the client at meetings and events, facilitating external customer relations.
  5. Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards are met through checklists, supervision, and follow-up.
  6. Participate in and help develop catering training programs for hourly, part-time, and student employees.
  7. Assist in implementing and adhering to all Aramark Catering initiatives and guidelines.
  8. Prior experience with event booking is preferred.

Minimum Education/Certification: High School Diploma/GED.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
