Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering sales, event operations, hospitality, or food and beverage management preferred.
• Experience developing catering proposals, coordinating events, and maintaining detailed event documentation.
• Proficiency with Caterease or similar event management software preferred.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, event logistics, and hospitality service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming catering inquiries, develop proposals, and coordinate client communication through event execution.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through menu enhancements, beverage packages, rentals, and additional services.
• Maintain timely follow-up with clients to support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to support revenue goals, client retention, and business development opportunities.
