Westmont Hospitality Group seeks a Catering and Event Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans for catering and event services across diverse client segments in the United States. You will oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and event delivery.

Collaborating with culinary, operations, and marketing teams, you will tailor offerings to client needs, manage multiple opportunities, and track performance to maximize profitability

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of catering/event/hospitality sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of event planning processes and catering operations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and events.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations to secure contracts.
• Manage client relationships throughout the event planning process.
• Coordinate with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality events.
• Track sales metrics and report progress and market insights.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
