Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to oversee sales and marketing for all department catering services, including internal and external events at the Phoenix Zoo. You will plan menus within budget, coordinate event execution, and serve as lead contact, manager, and cost-control authority.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or catering management, strong planning and leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a sales or catering management role.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities with deadline delivery.
• Leadership, communication and team management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all catering functions.
• Maintains local client database and builds vendor relationships.
• Creates operating statements, reports, and budgets; manages receivables.
• Develops relationships with associates, clients and customers.
• Creates proposals, contracts and all event orders.
• Ensures menus and catering materials are professionally prepared and presented.
• Hires and develops catering staff; participates in training policies.
