Job summary

Moes Southwest Grill Group is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to drive catering revenue across your territory and deliver exceptional service. You will work with the Area Manager to align on Local Marketing initiatives and large contracts.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing operations with Monkeymedia/EZCater, and preparing forecasts. The role requires 3+ years in catering sales and strong CRM/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of catering sales or event planning experience.
• Strong understanding of catering sales processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Monkey MSI and ezCater platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive catering revenue.
• Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for new business development.
• Establish sales targets and goals with the Area Manager.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress.
• Assist in negotiations of large or complex catering contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and book of business.
• Oversee catering system operations for your territory (Monkeymedia Software/ ezCater)
• Manage store loads and oversee off-premise events in your territory.
• Assign catering lead drivers and set expectations for daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
• Generate new qualified leads and communicate with Call Center.
• Assist with Order/ Quote entry and mark new clients with revenue source.
• Follow up with key clients post order for feedback and appreciation.
