Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality in Florida is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive catering sales growth and manage client relationships from inquiry through post-event follow-up. The role collaborates with hotel banquet, culinary, and sales teams to deliver seamless events.

You will develop proposals, coordinate with event planning teams, and ensure profitability and guest satisfaction while supporting marketing efforts and cross-selling services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of catering sales, event planning, or hotel sales experience.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, catering trends, and event logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in hotel CRM and sales software (Delphi, Opera, Salesforce).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close catering sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
• Develop tailored catering proposals within client budgets.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote catering services.
• Serve as main point of contact from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Create and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and event budgets.
