You will manage client relationships, coordinate events, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize catering sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires proven catering sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering sales or a similar role with client relationship focus.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and catering operations, including event planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and tasks.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Solicit catering business and follow up on leads via calls or visits.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing techniques.
• Plan and coordinate catered functions to meet hotel obligations.
• Maintain client relationships with groups and planners to drive business.
• Attend and oversee catered events ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare forecasts and reports for banquet revenue.
• Work with sales to optimize space holds and schedules.
• Participate in weekly sales and staff meetings.
