Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Make selective solicitation calls to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads through calls, correspondence, or personal visits.
• Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing techniques.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all catered functions to meet obligations.
• Maintain organized filing system for accounts and prepare reports.
• Build and maintain client relationships with groups and planners.
• Attend and oversee catered events to ensure execution and satisfaction.
• Maintain rapport with local civic groups to generate business.
• Prepare monthly banquet revenue forecasts and reports.
• Work with the sales department to minimize tentative holds on public space.
• Attend weekly sales and staff meetings.
