Stonebridge Companies in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive hotel catering revenues by soliciting business, coordinating events, and ensuring contract obligations are met.

You will manage client relationships, work with the sales team to maximize catering sales, and attend catered events while aligning with hotel goals and guest satisfaction. Occasional travel and evening/weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering sales or a similar role with a focus on client relationships.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and catering operations, including event planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office for reporting and account management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Solicit catering business and manage client relationships.
• Coordinate catered events and ensure all contracted obligations are fulfilled.
• Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing techniques.
• Prepare monthly banquet revenue forecasts and reports; maintain accurate files.
• Attend weekly sales and staff meetings and collaborate with the sales team.
