The role focuses on securing bookings for 1,200+ square feet of banquet space, coordinating outside catering, and delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in sales with catering experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing.

Formación

• Three+ years in a sales role with verifiable success.
• Experience in catering sales generation, contract pricing, event scheduling, catering and menu development.
• Ability to work independently on and off venue property.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Strong business etiquette and professional communication.
• Willing to travel for outside calls and events.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and close bookings for the venue's banquet and event space.
• Independently manage outside catering sales from lead to contract.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate event execution.
• Present sales proposals and site tours to convert prospects.
• Negotiate contracts and BEOs.
• Track pipeline, forecast, and bookings.
