Highgate Hotels, LP seeks a Catering Sales Manager in Miami to drive revenue and guest experiences through catering event sales. You will prospect and close catering opportunities, coordinate events, and work with culinary teams to tailor menus and packages.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS preferred in hospitality or business.
• 2–3 years of hospitality sales experience, catering/events focus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple events.

Responsabilités

• Execute catering sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Develop relationships with corporate and social clients.
• Prospect, qualify, and close catering opportunities.
• Coordinate site visits, tastings, and logistics for events.
• Draft and negotiate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams for menus.
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to forecasts.
• Represent the hotel at industry events to generate business.
