Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to grow local catering business. You will build relationships, plan and execute catering orders, and ensure customer satisfaction across districts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Available to work Monday to Sunday.
• Basic computer experience (Microsoft Suite, email, iPad).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for catering inquiries in your district.
• Prospect for new catering business by visiting local businesses and schools.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new leads and follow up to convert.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Provide detailed catering menu, pricing, and service options.
• Answer questions, recommend, and upsell catering packages.
• Process and confirm all catering orders accurately.
• Coordinate order and delivery fulfillment with locations.
• Communicate with GM and team for timely prep and delivery.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a catering order log and track KPIs.
• Work with restaurant leadership to optimize the catering process.
