Cheba Hut is seeking an energetic Catering Sales & Events Lead to grow catering across four locations. You will own the full cycle from lead generation to order follow-up, building repeat business for office lunches, campus events, and community gatherings.

The role blends sales drive with operations focus: prospecting, building relationships, coordinating with stores, and ensuring every catering order is accurate, on time, and memorable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, catering, restaurants, hospitality, events, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills by phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and coordinate with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the catering sales pipeline for all four locations.
• Identify and contact local businesses, schools, universities, offices, and event venues.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, in-person visits, tastings, and follow-ups.
• Create quotes, confirm order details, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Maintain CRM/catering tracker with leads, contacts, and order history.
• Coordinate delivery timing, packaging, and special instructions.
• Collaborate with GMs and shift leaders to execute orders with high quality.
