Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in proactive sales, business development, or catering/hospitality sales
• High technical proficiency in catering platforms, specifically Toast Catering and ezCater
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, hospitable tone
• Highly organized with superior attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to assist with deliveries as needed

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive sales to corporate accounts, medical campuses, local businesses and returning clients to grow catering volume
• Hit monthly and quarterly catering sales targets as set by leadership
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan campaigns and request collateral for outbound outreach
• Review upcoming orders with Catering Director to ensure feasibility and zero-defect execution
