Café Momentum Atlanta is looking for a driven Catering Sales Manager who loves the hunt as much as the close. This is first and foremost a sales role in a fast-paced restaurant and nonprofit setting. You will grow catering and event revenue from prospecting through execution, building a robust pipeline and securing new business.

You may come from catering, hospitality, restaurants, or outside sales. If you are a hunter who thrives on winning new business and driving revenue, this is your role.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in catering, hospitality, restaurants, or event-driven environments preferred.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends based on events.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospecting for new catering and event business.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across corporate, nonprofit, social, and private events.
• Identify target accounts and decision-makers.
• Make outreach calls, network, and visit potential clients; seek referrals.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries; conduct site tours and client meetings.
• Develop proposals and close business; follow up on opportunities.
• Grow repeat business and referrals; forecast revenue with the team.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure feasible event execution.
