Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive group and event revenue with proactive sales and exceptional client relationships. You will source, sell, plan, and coordinate catering events reflecting the hotel brand standards and delivering memorable experiences.

Key duties include proactive prospecting, contract negotiations, and close collaboration with Banquets, Culinary, and Operations to ensure flawless events and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships over time.
• Excellent time management, organization, and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new catering opportunities through prospecting, site visits, and partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability while adhering to hotel policies.
• Develop proposals, bids, and BEOs to capture event specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with Banquets, Culinary, and Operations to ensure flawless event execution.
• Analyze trends, forecast revenue, and support weekly/monthly business reviews.
• Build and maintain a robust client pipeline to drive revenue growth.
