StepStone Hospitality's Sheraton Boston Needham Hotel is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Manager with strong organizational and communication skills and hospitality sales experience to lead client engagement and event planning.

You'll solicit new and existing accounts, book catering, coordinate with operations, quote rates, create Banquet Event Orders, and log activities in CI/TY/Lightspeed systems; weekend availability and independent work ethic required.

• Hospitality sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals through telephone/email, solicitation, outside sales calls, virtual/site inspections and written communication.
• - Book new catering business and detail events.
• - Sell to social market segments and work with operations to execute events.
• - Develop strategic plans to maximize revenue and nurture client relationships.
• - Quote rates and availability with catering leads and revenue management for pricing.
• - Communicate with hotel departments and work independently.
• - Coordinate setup and execution of events and form Banquet Event Orders.
• - Log all sales activity in the sales software; use CI/TY and Lightspeed for group reservations.
• - Work flexible schedule including events, lobby duty, and BEO meetings.
• - Coordinate with outside catering companies and local vendors.
