Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics with clients and Sales Managers to meet all event needs.
• Distribute daily/weekly event updates and update BEOs as needed.
• Price food and beverage items according to guidelines.
• Coordinate post-event settlements with finance.
• Address customer complaints, vendor issues, or other situations promptly and effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with teammates and building staff for collaboration and support.
• Other duties as assigned.
