Job summary

Levy, a Compass Group company, is seeking a part-time catering assistant to deliver and serve food at scheduled events in the Atlanta area. You will assist with setup, service, breakdown, and maintaining cleanliness while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include transporting food and supplies, logging temperatures for safety, stocking and breaking down setups, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Permit.
• Alcohol Server Permit may be required depending on state regulations.
• Ability to lift and transport catering equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and serve food at scheduled catering functions under supervision.
• Set up tables, décor, buffet stations, and service areas according to company standards.
• Assemble and transport food, beverages, and supplies to event locations.
• Log and monitor food temperatures to ensure safety compliance.
• Break down event setups and return leftovers and equipment to the facility promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of event spaces and provide professional guest service.
