Hilton Waldorf Astoria Atlanta is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join our Catering and Events Team. Based at the iconic Atlanta property, you will drive new business, craft proposals, and lead client engagements from inquiry to contract.

You will cultivate relationships with corporate and social accounts, design creative menus for high-profile events, coordinate pre- through post-event activities, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions through pre-event, event, and post-event phases, and serve as the primary client contact for smooth execution and proactive issue resolution
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
