Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of progressive catering sales or director-level experience in hospitality.
• Proficiency with industry catering software and sales CRMs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit and book events; close high-value contracts to hit revenue targets.
• Manage end-to-end event process: BEOs, floor plans, menus, and billing.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the catering sales and convention services team.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, front desk, and housekeeping for flawless events.
• Develop budgets and provide weekly/monthly forecasts to hotel leadership.
