Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Sheraton Station Square in Pittsburgh seeks a Director of Sales to drive revenue for a 399-room full-service property with extensive banquet space. You’ll lead group sales, conference services, and catering revenue, while guiding a motivated team and aligning with hotel operations and marketing.

You will build relationships with top clients, craft sales strategies, and own budgets and forecasts to maximize profitability and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hotel leadership experience required.
• Experience with Marriott brands preferred.
• Proven sales, catering, and event track record.
• Strong negotiation and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead group, catering, and events revenue streams.
• Manage Event Sales and Event Planning teams to convert bookings.
• Coordinate Sales, Convention Services, and Hotel Operations.
• Grow catering and event revenue through strategic selling.
• Build relationships with key clients and partners.
• Develop integrated sales and marketing strategies with brand partners.
• Lead the hotel sales strategy, budgets, and forecasts.
