Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for guests and clients.
• Oversee quality, product levels, and inventory.
• Document and discipline staff per company policies.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints.
• Set up, execute, and clean up catered events.
• Supervise front/back of house duties for productivity.
• Interpret and execute BEOs to high standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and presentation techniques.
• Perform manual tasks and event setup as needed.
• Train staff across departments and supervise events.
