Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Cook for an on-site, full-time position in Sharon Hill, PA. The role covers preparation of hot and cold items, food safety, allergies, and recipe adherence to ACW standards.

Requires ServSafe, knife skills, and culinary experience. Responsibilities include training teammates, maintaining quality, assisting with ordering and inventory, and ensuring compliance with HACCP and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• ServSafe Food Handling Certificate required at hire or within 45 days.
• Must have knife/cutting skills.
• Must have an understanding of cooking techniques.
• Culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering companies or equivalent; new culinary trends preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to take orders and work well with others in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated to assist in food preparation and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Train and direct new and existing Air Culinaire team members; ensure all food, packaging, labeling and allergens on trays are accurate and HACCP compliant.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to Kitchen Management to monitor and improve quality.
• Assist in the butchering of meats and fish and support daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food preparations and presentations meet ACW specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen; monitor temp-logs and use gloves and food safety tools.
• Direct others in using kitchen equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in ordering, inventory and other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
• Follow Shipday for all order logistics and deliveries including delivery photos and recipient names.
