Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a Cook to join our on-site kitchen team in Sharon Hill, PA. The role focuses on high-quality food preparations, adherence to recipes, and timely production for catering orders. You will collaborate with cooks and management to maintain standards and safety.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, ServSafe certification, knife skills, and solid culinary experience in catering or hospitality. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma is required.
• Current ServSafe Food Handling Certificate required at hire or within 45-days of hire.
• Must have knife/cutting skills.
• Must have an understanding of cooking techniques.
• Culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering companies or its equivalent required.
• Demonstrate the ability to take orders and follow through as well as direct and work well with others in a team-driven, fast-paced environment is essential.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated to assist in food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct Air Culinaire team members ensuring accuracy, safety, and allergens.
• Provide feedback to Kitchen Management to monitor, maintain and improve quality.
• Assist in the butchering of meats and fish and daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food preparations and presentations meet ACW specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen with sanitation stations and temp-logs.
• Use preventative maintenance with all kitchen equipment and guide others to do the same.
• Assist in ordering, inventory and other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
• Use Shipday for order logistics and deliveries, including delivery photo and recipient name.
