Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• ServSafe Food Handling Certificate required at hire or within 45 days.
• Must have knife/cutting skills.
• Must understand cooking techniques.
• Culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering; new culinary trends a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in food preparation and plating according to recipes.
• Ensure food safety, labeling, allergens, and HACCP compliance on trays.
• Assist in butcher tasks and daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain quality in all food preparations and presentations to ACW specs.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and stocked; monitor temperature logs and use PPE.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and other duties assigned by the GM.
