Hilton is seeking a Catering & Events Manager to lead planning and execution of high-quality events in our Hotels team. You will serve as the primary client contact, designing menus and catered experiences that elevate guest satisfaction and drive revenue.

The role focuses on growing catering and events business, cultivating relationships with corporate and social accounts, and guiding team performance to deliver exceptional service at every event.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing events across pre-, during, and post-event phases.
• Ability to design menus and catered events to maximize revenue.
• Experience growing catering and events market segments through proposals and contracts.
• Strong client relationship skills to secure repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality events: manage documentation, seamless transitions across pre-, during-, post-event phases, and primary client contact.
• Create exceptional experiences by designing menus and catered events to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Grow catering and events market segments: solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business.
• Cultivate client relationships with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
• Guide team performance: communicate client requirements, provide direction, and coaching to ensure high-level service.
