Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments: solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business.
• Cultivate client relationships: maintain connections with corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
• Create exceptional experiences: design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate guest experience.
• Oversee event coordination: manage documentation and transitions across pre-event, event, and post-event phases; serve as primary client contact.
• Guide team performance: communicate requirements, provide direction, and coach to ensure high-level service.
