Job summary

Hilton seeks an experienced Event Sales Manager (EMM) to sell and service events across guestrooms, banquets, and F&B. You will solicit, negotiate, contract, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing event orders, coordinating with Revenue Management, and driving revenue growth through site inspections and proactive outreach. Requires strong communication, leadership, and hospitality operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience 2+ years in hotel catering or similar.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of hotel operations, Westmont/brand policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of catering, food & beverage, and banquet operations.
• Proficient with standard software and hotel systems (Delphi or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and maintain existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare and execute Banquet Event Orders and client specifications.
• Coordinate with Banquet, F&B, and Executive Chef on event details.
• Perform site tours and respond to guest inquiries with timely solutions.
• Leverage market trends and yield management to optimize bookings.
