Qualifications

• 2–5 years sales management experience in hospitality or events.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Experience negotiating catering contracts.
• Understanding of restaurant and catering operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate catering sales contracts including pricing and services.
• Prospect, network, cold/warm calls, set appointments, present, close sales.
• Build in-house relations with hospitality professionals, hotels, and concierges.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities in a timely manner.
• Attend industry events related to potential business.
• Provide punctual and accurate sales reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Assist management in coordinating front of house operations.
