Elior North America is hiring a Catering Sales Coordinator for the Perez Art Museum in Miami, FL. You will support the Director of Catering and the sales team, ensuring timely execution of events and accurate information in CaterXpert.

This role involves assisting in event setup, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining calendars while collaborating with culinary and booking staff to meet client needs. The position requires a background in catering/events and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2 years of catering/food-beverage and/or administrative/event experience.
• Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word & Excel)

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Catering and sales team to enable event execution.
• Ensure CaterXpert event information is up to date before deadlines.
• Assist in setup and execution of events.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups for event rentals with venue management.
• Maintain calendar in Outlook and participate in event meetings.
