Position Overview

Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? Our Chick-fil-A team is looking for a Catering Director to help grow and manage our catering business while building strong relationships with guests, businesses, schools, churches, community organizations, and local events.

The Catering Director will play an important role in making every catering experience remarkable — from the first customer interaction to successful order delivery and follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Promote Chick-fil-A catering within the local community
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, schools, churches, offices, and community organizations
• Respond to catering inquiries and assist guests with placing orders
• Follow up with catering leads and previous customers to encourage repeat business
• Help develop creative ideas to increase catering sales
• Coordinate catering orders with the restaurant team to ensure accuracy and quality
• Assist with catering deliveries and special events
• Create and distribute catering marketing materials
• Identify opportunities for catering partnerships and recurring business
• Provide exceptional hospitality and represent the Chick-fil-A brand professionally
• Track catering sales, leads, customer contacts, and follow-up activities
• Help ensure every catering customer feels valued and appreciated
