Chick-fil-A Rockville Research Row. seeks an experienced Catering Director to lead and grow our outside sales division.

The role focuses on directing the catering team, preparing and fulfilling orders, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding Chick-fil-A standards. Key duties include coordinating schedules, driving local outreach to boost catering sales, and ensuring flawless execution of orders with attention to safety and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous catering industry experience is required.
• Must have a driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to grow business and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Chick-fil-A Rockville Research Row. is looking for an experienced Catering Director to help maintain and grow our outside sales division. Our Catering Director oversees all catering business by graciously leading the catering team, preparing and fulfilling catering orders, making deliveries, interacting with guests, and more. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the catering schedule with the catering team
• Boost catering sales through local business outreach
• Meet and exceed catering sales goals on a monthly basis
• Prepare and fulfill catering orders to meet Chick-fil-A guidelines
• Keep catering equipment clean and in good working condition
• Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
• Serve in Operations when not occupied fulfilling catering orders
• Carry out our brand's "Core 4" when interacting with guests

Qualifications

• Previous experience and knowledge in the catering industry
• Must have a driver's license and insured vehicle
• Proven leadership skills in regard to enthusiasm and ability to motivate others
• A desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle guest concerns, complaints, and issues by executing flawless follow-up and issue resolution
• Responsible, accountable, and organized
• Ability to retain clientele and expand business through sales and catering through personal relationship building
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Directors and the Operator to fulfill business needs

Must be available to Monday to Saturday.
