• Respond to catering inquiries and assist guests with placing orders.
• Follow up with leads and customers to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate catering orders with the restaurant team.
• Assist with catering deliveries and special events.
• Create and distribute catering marketing materials.
• Track catering sales, leads, contacts and follow-up activities.
• Represent the Chick-fil-A brand professionally.
• Ensure every catering customer feels valued.
