Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Catering Manager in daily operational oversight, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Supervise catering staff during events, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Support the implementation of menus and ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Manage inventory control and assist with procurement of supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during events, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operational areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within the catering or hospitality sector.
